Blue Yonder Creative is a freelance graphic design, brand, and illustration studio based on the Sunshine Coast of B.C., collaborating world-wide.
Founded by Trina M’Lot in 2018, Blue Yonder Creative partners with values-driven businesses and non-profits to create sustainable environmental and social impact.
A values-based approach
Authenticity
Being human first, above all.
Sustainability
Taking a planet-first approach.
Integrity
Bringing morals to all we do.
Impact-Driven
Starting from strategy to achieve your mission.
Trina M’Lot is an art director, graphic designer, and illustrator, creating for sustainable environmental and social impact.
Trina began her career with a BA, Major in Graphic Design from Vancouver Island University and has spent the past 12+ years pursuing a career in the design industry. She has worked as a designer and art director in both agency and non-profit settings, providing unique experiences on both sides of the spectrum: the tenacity and discipline of working in a strategic creative agency, and the importance of relationships and client experience in a non-profit realm.
Blue Yonder Creative is the outcome of a lifelong dream to live and create in a more remote, natural setting. To be a change-maker in our world. To be inspired by beauty each and every day.

Beyond the desk
Outside of her professional creative role, Trina is a sea kayaker, trail runner, hiker, climber, nordic skier, painter, puzzler, campfire lounger, and tiny-house dweller. She feels extraordinarily lucky to find herself living amidst the evergreens and rocky shorelines of coastal BC. This is where she feels the most like herself.
